AI Limitations

Responses generated by the "AI Coach" are produced automatically. Despite moderation efforts, they may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

Access to the "AI Coach" is strictly limited to its intended purpose: professional orientation and adaptation. The User agrees to refrain from:

• Using the AI to generate inappropriate, illegal, or irrelevant content (e.g., homework help, recipes, coding out of context)
• Attempting to bypass technical limits (jailbreaking) or saturating the API through automated queries

In the event of misuse, Shiftometer reserves the right to suspend access to the service without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

The Application architecture, the database of 2,933 occupations, and proprietary educational content are the exclusive property of Shiftometer. Any reproduction or extraction of the database is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Certain features (Detailed Action Plan, AI Coach) are subject to a one-time payment or a subscription
• Payments are processed securely by our provider (Stripe)
• In accordance with legislation on digital content, the right of withdrawal (refund) cannot be exercised once access to premium content has been initiated or consumed
